Obituary of Angela Moscarello

Angela (DeSantis) Moscarello, 76, of Hamilton entered into God's Loving Care Saturday, February 27, 2016 at Capital Health System Hopewell with her loving family by her side. Born in North Trenton, she was a lifelong Trenton/Hamilton area resident. Angela attended St. James Elementary School and was a graduate of Cathedral High School. After her graduation, Mrs. Moscarello began her career as a secretary for the State of New Jersey Division of Pensions and more recently with Mercer County Board of Social Services until her retirement. She was also a teacher's assistant with the Hamilton Township school district. She was an excellent homemaker who catered to her loving family; she was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, godmother and a friend to all. Angela has many life-long friends known as the "Card Club". Angela was a long time member of The Catholic Young Adult Club where she met her husband and a parishioner of Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church where she sang in the choir for many years. Predeceased by her parents Angelo and Maria (Ferrazzano) DeSantis, her sister Louise Fiorello and her loving husband of nearly forty eight years, John A. Moscarello who passed away on February 7 of this year. Mrs. Moscarello is survived by her devoted children, Jo Ann Adam and husband David and Sammy Moscarello and fiancée, Lucy Ponticiello; one sister Mary Josephine Notaro; one brother-in-law and two sisters-in-law, Deacon Charles and Catherine Moscarello and Dolores C. Kefalas; two adored grandchildren, Kayla and Madison; two aunts, Marie Moscarello and Josephine Pastor; also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins. The funeral will be held 8:30 am on Thursday March 3 from D'Errico Whitehorse Mercerville Chapel, 2365 Whitehorse Mercerville Road, Hamilton, NJ 08619, located in the Brenna Cellini Facility. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 9:30 am Thursday March 3, at Our Lady of Sorrows Church, 3816 E. State Street Ext., Hamilton, NJ 08619.
