Obituary of Elaine Tomasulo

Elaine (Salvatore) Tomasulo, 80 of Hamilton, entered into God's care Tuesday, November 8, 2016 at her residence. Born in Trenton she was a lifelong area resident. Elaine was formerly employed with US Steel Corporation and more recently with the State of New Jersey, Department of Corrections until her retirement. Elaine was previously president of the Kent AA Ladies Auxiliary in Chambersburg. She enjoyed shopping with her daughter, spending summers at the pool with her children and grandsons. Always by her side, was her beloved dog Lucky who she adored. Predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Antoinette (Petito) Salvatore, five siblings, Maria, Anthony, Vincent, Joseph and Matthew Salvatore and her loving husband Michael F. Tomasulo, she is survived by her children, Elaine Patykula and husband Donald, Marianna Porcelli and fiancé, Andrew Baranowski and her son, Michael Tomasulo and wife Lori; one sister Marie Valenza; a brother-in-law, John Tomasulo; her cherished grandsons, Jimmy and Nicholas Porcelli and Michael and Ryan Tomasulo; she is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. The Funeral will be held 8:30 am Monday, November 14, 2016 from D'Errico Whitehorse Mercerville Chapel, 2365 Whitehorse Mercerville Road, Hamilton, NJ 08619, located in the Brenna Cellini Facility. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 9:30 am Monday, at St. Raphael's Roman Catholic Church, 3500 South Broad Street, Hamilton, NJ 08610 Burial will follow in Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery, Hamilton. Calling hours will be Sunday, November 13, from 3:00 pm to 6:00 at the funeral home.
