Obituary of Barbara Carlini

Barbara D. (Strancik) Carlini, 89 of Trenton entered into God's Loving Care on Friday, March 28, 2014 at home surrounded by her loving family. Born in Kelayres, PA, she resided in Trenton since 1941. Mrs. Carlini was formerly employed as a housekeeper and cook at Immaculate Conception Church and an active member of Immaculate Conception School PTA. Mrs. Carlini was also a homemaker who enjoyed cooking for her family; she enjoyed trips to Atlantic City, Philadelphia Park and vacations in the Poconos. Predeceased by her parents, Thomas and Mary (Chalar) Strancik, her loving husband of 62 years, Philip Carlini, Sr . and her granddaughter Elizabeth Sanna, she is survived by her children, Barbara Sanna and husband Robert, Carol Ann Hendricks, Thomas Carlini and Philip Carlini, Jr.; also survived by seven grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins. The funeral will be held 8:30 am on Thursday, April 3 at Chambers D'Errico and Correnti Funeral Home, 825 Chambers Street, Trenton, NJ 08611.
