Obituary of Rena R. Soltes

Rena R. Soltes, 87, of Hamilton, N.J., entered in God’s care Sunday, November 28, 2021 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in Hamilton.
Born in Charleston, West Virginia, she resided in Pennsylvania and Trenton area most of her life.
She was formerly employed with Kmart in Langhorne, Pa., retiring as a manager.
Rena was a loving, kind, caring and a fun person, always the life of the party. She sure knew how to make everyone laugh. Rena loved to dance. She loved when her sister Shirley came from Arizona to visit. We all had a great time. Rena and her daughter Doreen spend a lot of time together always going places and meeting people and having a good time. So many Beautiful memories together. She enjoyed going to the casinos, playing bingo, however her greatest love was her family, especially her grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Havanna, Ava, and Johnny were the love of her life.
She was an excellent homemaker, and will always be remembered for her homemade macaroni which she taught her grandson Wayne how to make. She loved teaching and making them with her grandson Wayne. Rena enjoyed going to her granddaughters Alicia’s and Adam’s house to chat and have coffee and spend time with her twin great granddaughters Ava and Havanna and great grandson, Johnny. She will be greatly missed and we love her with all of our hearts.
Predeceased by former husband Louis Pieretti and her husband Allan Soltes, her parents, Fiore and Liduvina (Emeli) Caponi, two sisters, Lisa Pangaldi and Eleanor Mastropole, and her daughters, Connie Pieretti-Behan and Venus Pieretti.
She is survived by her Loving Daughter and Son-in-law, Doreen and Wayne, Lecato, Sr., with whom she resided; her loving grandchildren, Wayne Lecato, Jr., Alicia Lecato and fiancée Adam, Donna Ruiz and husband Waldy and Rena L Harding-Delgado; her adored great grandchildren, Ava, Havanna, Johnny, Erica,(Ray) Anissa,(Joey) DJ,(Brandi), Emilio and Antonio; her cherished great-great grandchildren, Jaslynn, Jaritza, Jaymari, Arianna, Jaeliana, Joseph, Erica, Maleah, Noah, Arianna and Genevieve; two sisters, Shirley Willever and husband George, whom meant so much to her and Ramona Shaw; one brother, Louis Caponi and wife Angie; a brother-in-law, Ernie Pieretti and a sister-in-law, Betty DeLucia, four special friends/family, Hector and Maria and Manny and Krystal and children, Keyla and Hanley, also survived by many special nieces, nephews, other relatives and many other special friends and her beloved fur babies who she all loved, Buddy, Jenga, Hanna and Precious who passed away.
Funeral Services will be held 12:00 pm Saturday, December 11, 2021 at D’Errico Funeral Chapel, LLC, 30 Yardville Allentown Road, Hamilton, NJ 08620, located in the Buklad Merlino Facility.
Calling hours will be Saturday, December 11, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at the funeral home.
Private Cremation will follow.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
