Obituary of Anna Altieri

Anna Altieri, 80, of Bordentown Twp. entered into God's Loving Care Saturday, December 13, 2014 at her residence with her loving family by her side. Born in Castel Morrone, Italy, she resided in Chambersburg section of Trenton most of her life. Anna was formerly employed by Harris Manufacturing Company prior to her retirement. She was a member of Our Lady of the Angels Parish-Immaculate Conception Church. Anna was an excellent homemaker who enjoyed cooking for her family and friends. She was a loving devoted wife, mother, grandmother and a dear friend to everyone. Predeceased by her loving husband of 42 years, Gerardo Altieri, she is survived by her loving son, Vito Altieri and wife Giovanna, and loving daughter, Felicia Martucci and husband John; her adored grandchildren, Isabella Elaine and Alexander Gerardo Martucci, and Annalisa Altieri; her brother, Giuseppe Piombino and wife Ilma and sister, Antonietta Casapulla and husband Giovanni, all of Italy; two sisters-in-law, Graziella Altieri and Carmelina Altieri, both of Italy; also survived by many nieces and nephews, both in the US and Italy. The funeral will be held 8:30 am on Thursday, December 18 from Chambers D'Errico and Correnti Funeral Home, 825 Chambers Street, Trenton, NJ 08611. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 9:30 am Thursday at Our Lady Of The Angels Parish- Immaculate Conception Church, 540 Chestnut Avenue, Trenton, NJ 08611. Entombment will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery Mausoleum, 1200 Cedar Lane, Hamilton, NJ 08610. Calling hours will be Wednesday, December 17 from 5 to 8 pm at the funeral home.
